Parkson Appoints New VP of Strategic Marketing and Business Development

Parkson Corporation, a leading provider of advanced solutions in water and wastewater treatment, has recently appointed Mark Turpin as the new Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Business Development. Mr. Turpin joined Parkson in 2007 and has most recently served as Vice President & General Manager of Aftermarket and Services. Mark has over 20 years of progressive operations, service, product management, and new business start up experience.  He also possesses a consistent track record for leading teams that deliver significant sales and profit growth.

“Mark has done an excellent job with the Aftermarket Business, where his team delivered double digit growth each year under his leadership.  I am confident that Mark will continue to deliver great results in his new role,” said Zain Mahmood, Parkson CEO and President.

As the Chief Marketing Officer for Parkson, Mr. Turpin will oversee Parkson’s six Centers of Excellence – Screenings, Biosolids Management, Biological, Separations & Filtration, Odor Control, and Disinfection – as well as all Product Managers.  He will also lead Parkson’s efforts in Business Development, New Product Development, and Marketing Communications.  Mark’s primary objective is to continue to develop Parkson’s growth pipeline and deliver consistent year over year growth.
